Pricing & Billing Transparency
Pricing & Billing Transparency
Last updated: 2026-07-16
This pricing policy applies to the website, products and services offered under the brand WAAPI, operated by WAAPI (“we”, “us”, “our”), acting as the business. By accessing or using our services you agree to this pricing policy. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the services.
1. Where prices are published
Current plan prices, quotas and add-on rates are published on our pricing page and inside your panel before you confirm any purchase. The price shown at checkout is the price charged.
2. What you are charged for
- Subscription — a recurring fee for your plan, billed per the cycle you select.
- Messaging usage — per-conversation or per-message charges, which follow the rate card of the connected channel (for WhatsApp, Meta’s published conversation pricing for the recipient’s country) plus our platform margin, both shown before you send.
- AI credits — a prepaid unit consumed when you use AI features. The credit cost of an action is shown before you confirm it, and the price you are quoted is the price you are billed.
- Advertising spend — where you run campaigns, the amount is set by you and billed by the advertising platform under its own terms.
- Onboarding / setup — a one-time fee, where your plan includes one.
3. Taxes
All prices are exclusive of taxes unless explicitly marked inclusive. Applicable Tax or other indirect tax is added at checkout and shown on your invoice.
4. Price changes
We may revise prices. Changes to recurring subscription pricing are notified at least 30 days before they take effect and apply from your next renewal — never mid-cycle. Usage rates set by a third-party channel can change on that channel’s own notice period, which may be shorter; we pass such changes through and publish the updated rate card.
5. Invoices
A tax invoice is generated for every successful payment and is available from your panel. Ensure your billing name, address and tax number are correct — invoices are issued to the details on your account and are reissued only to correct our error.
6. Currency
Charges are made in the currency displayed at checkout. If your card or bank account is denominated in another currency, your issuer’s conversion rate and any cross-border fee apply; those are outside our control.
