Payment Policy

Last updated: 2026-07-16

This payment policy applies to the website, products and services offered under the brand WAAPI, operated by WAAPI (“we”, “us”, “our”), acting as the business. By accessing or using our services you agree to this payment policy. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the services.

1. Accepted methods

We accept payment through the methods displayed at checkout, which may include UPI, credit and debit cards, net banking and wallets, processed by PCI-DSS compliant payment gateways. We never receive or store your full card number, CVV or UPI PIN — those are captured directly by the gateway on its own certified infrastructure.

2. Our payment gateways

3. Pricing & taxes

Prices are shown in the currency indicated at checkout and are exclusive of applicable taxes (including Tax in India) unless stated otherwise. Tax invoices are issued to the billing details on your account — keep them accurate. See our Pricing & Billing Transparency page.

4. Subscriptions & auto-renewal

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled beforehand. Where you have authorised a mandate or token for recurring payment, the renewal amount is charged automatically per the mandate terms, up to the maximum amount you approved. You can revoke the mandate at any time from your panel or through your bank; revocation stops future debits but does not cancel amounts already due.

5. Usage charges, wallet & credits

Usage-based charges — per-message fees, AI credits, advertising spend — are debited from your prepaid wallet or billed per your plan. Keeping the wallet funded is your responsibility; services may pause when the balance is exhausted. Wallet and credit balances are not encashable.

6. Failed or pending payments

If a payment fails or remains pending, the order is not activated. Amounts debited by your bank for failed transactions are auto-reversed by the gateway per its timelines. Verified duplicate charges are handled per our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

7. No refunds

All completed payments are final and non-refundable as set out in the Refund & Cancellation Policy.
