This AI policy applies to the website, products and services offered under the brand WAAPI, operated by WAAPI (“we”, “us”, “our”), acting as the business. By accessing or using our services you agree to this AI policy. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the services.
1. Where AI is used
AI features are opt-in and user-initiated. We use them to draft message and review replies, compose posts and campaign copy, summarise conversations, and answer questions about your own business data — only when you ask for it, or when you have explicitly switched on an automation that does it for you.

3. What is sent to them
Only the prompt needed for the task: the text you are working on, the business context you configured, and — where the feature needs it — the recent conversation history. We do not send your full contact database, your billing data, or other customers’ data.
4. Training
Your data is not used to train AI models — not ours, and not the providers’. We use paid API tiers whose terms exclude training on submitted content. Where a provider retains prompts briefly for abuse monitoring, that window is described in its policy, linked above.
5. AI output is a draft, not a decision
AI output can be wrong, biased or misleading. It is a suggestion. Where an AI reply would be sent automatically, you configure the rules and remain fully responsible for what is sent under your brand. We recommend keeping human approval on for anything that makes a commitment, quotes a price, or handles a complaint. We make no automated decision that produces a legal or similarly significant effect on any individual.
6. Your responsibility for AI-assisted messages
An AI-drafted message that you send is your message. It must still comply with your consent obligations, the channel’s messaging policy, and our Acceptable Use Policy. Do not use AI features to impersonate a person, to generate misleading claims, or to produce content prohibited by a connected channel.
7. Cost & transparency
AI usage consumes prepaid credits. The credit cost is shown before you confirm an action, and the price quoted is the price billed. Credits are non-refundable and not encashable — see the Refund & Cancellation Policy.
8. Turning AI off
You can disable AI features for your account at any time from your panel settings. With them off, no prompt data leaves the platform for an AI provider.
Governing law & jurisdiction
This document is governed by the laws of India. For operators in India this includes the Information Technology Act, 2000, the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP Act), the Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021 and the Consumer Protection Act, 2019. Where we serve customers in other jurisdictions we honour applicable local requirements, including the EU/UK General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), to the extent they apply. Courts at India have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any non-waivable consumer rights in your country of residence.
