Service Delivery Policy

Service Delivery Policy

Last updated: 2026-07-16

This service delivery policy applies to the website, products and services offered under the brand WAAPI, operated by WAAPI (“we”, “us”, “our”), acting as the business. By accessing or using our services you agree to this service delivery policy. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the services.

1. Digital delivery

WAAPI supplies digital services only — no physical goods are shipped (see our Shipping Policy). Access is delivered electronically to the email address and login credentials registered on your account.

2. Activation timelines

  • Account activation — immediately after successful payment and verification; normally within a few minutes and no later than 24 hours.
  • Wallet, prepaid credit and AI credits — credited automatically on payment confirmation. Manual or UPI-reference payments are credited after verification, normally within 24 business hours.
  • Third-party channel onboarding — connecting a WhatsApp Business number, a Google Business Profile or an ad account depends on that provider’s own review and can take longer. We have no control over third-party approval timelines and cannot guarantee approval.

3. Delivery failures

If you have paid but have not received access within the timelines above, contact support with your payment reference. We will investigate and complete activation, or correct a verified billing error per our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

4. Service availability

We target high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service; maintenance windows and third-party outages may affect access. Our availability commitment and its limits are set out in the Service Level Agreement.
